I took this picture a while ago, I was going to email it to David and Kon but I never got around to it. I parked near this thing once at the mall in Dunlap, IN, I think it was.
AHQ travelled in a Caprice the last few tours we did. So we always had our eyes peeled for unusual Caprices (and similar cars, say the new Impala) and we’d say, hey, there’s a quartet car!
This one’s a little older than we normally desired, but does it say pack-me-to-the-gills-and-hit-the-road or what?

I’m not sure which irony strikes me harder, the fact that the guy paid more for those wheels than the car is worth or that anybody would be proud of such an ugly display of cheese. Perhaps time will tell….

Y’all haven’t seen anything! Try a Caprice with a metallic fade paint job, silver window tint, 20 inch chrome rims (with spinners!), a pounding subwoofer, and a massive scoop in the hood! I’m serious; I’ve seen several. It’s a fad I hope will go away.

Oh no, keep them coming! How boring would it be if all the cars on the road were ’96 Tauruses?

Sorry guys, but I keep coming up with these wonderful thought processes. Like, for example, I think Tom needs to just move down here to GA and then he could get his ample fill of this kind of vehicle. Except he might get his fill and leave again. He might actually start prefering the ’96 Tauruses!!
Maybe though he would stay long enough to record our first project…
Dude, I’m loving this…

Oh wow, recording, a quartet, iced tea, interesting cars, and the fine cuisine of the south! I’m there!!
