Amanda Sue was born at 6:14 tonight (Friday, June 8).
She was long awaited and much overdue!
It has been a very long and rough week for her parents, but especially her Mother. They’re both doing great though.
Pictures will be coming on Saturday.

Glad everything is going well. May God give you wisdom as you begin the joyful, though agonizing, journey of raising this daughter to be a child of the King…

A big congrats to both of you! You just accomplished something I never could. You had a daughter! After 5 boys, it became obvious that having a girl was structurally impossible for my wife and I. Oh well, we wouldn’t trade any of these guys.

Congratulations!! One tip for a new dad…she will be thirsty, and if you have ice water ready for her whenever she is feeding the little one, I’ll bet she’ll cry for joy at your thoughtfulness…chances are she may cry for anything in the next short while, just “hormonal poisoning”. :) We are so happy for you guys! Jewel, I wish you a speedy recovery!
