So, bummer, couldn’t make it to Hartville tonight to see Tap. Just too far (probably about 5 hours one way), we wouldn’t have been able to get there nearly in time. I was kept at the Den until after 3, and I figured that we would have need to leave ITF headquarters no later than 1:30 just to make it by starting time.
So there were some disappointed people here at the ITF office.
I was looking forward to critiquing the tenor section, and discussing how the bass lacked an amazing amount of charisma and charm compared to Tap ’03.
You know, I could probably still do those things just as well without hearing them!

Tom, my wife and I hope to hear Tap in PA on Saturday night. Sorry you couldn’t get to hear them. I hope you can move on from the “Den” at some point in the near future. I well remember the days when I worked in a “Den”. Nanticoke Homes was a sectional home building company that I worked at for 4 long years. I still have the occasional nightmare that I still work there. But take heart, they occure less and less with time.

Tom would it break your heart if I told you I heard them Wednesday night? Okay, then I just won’t tell you……

It takes a lot of humility to do that doesn’t it? {;^)

Tapestry was wonderful Wed. night, singing beautifully in a hot auditorium. M.Y. stood in the back row singing her heart out and loving every minute of it. C.G. stood up front hitting those high notes without batting an eye and loving every minute of it, too. Sorry I paid no attention to the tenor, so they must have been OK.
Congrats on all the fun controversy you stirred on Rosie’s blog……..which led me here. By the way, I hope you drink your ITF sugar free. If you don’t, just try it sometime. It’s much more refreshing and will save you X number of pounds in X number of years plus who knows how much money on groceries and Dr. bills.

You were there Wednesday night? Oh how fun. Where were you at and do I know you? No, I don’t believe that I do, but too bad I couldn’t have met you. Well, I probably wouldn’t have been exceedingly social because I went screaming out the door with my dear friends who were too hot to stay inside……oh what precious dolls. I love knowing people that are singing. They are so much cuter than anyone else.

Ag, dear, has anyone ever told you that you remind them of Eloise (as in the children’s book character)?

OH PLEASE tell me that isn’t the same Eloise as in the kids movie Eloise?!!! PLEASE with all of my heart I beg of you to say that isn’t the same Eloise! Oh SHUDDER! I babysat a two-year old who had to watch that movie every day and that snippy little character “Eloise” rode my last nerve!
CRINGE!
